I know that justice relies not only on the law but the individual interpreting and applying the law. In my 20-year legal career I have practiced as an Assistant Federal Public Defender, Legal Aid attorney, and private practice attorney. I have litigated a variety of cases in both state and federal courts. I understand what it means to be neutral and impartial when applying the law and I will continue to work to ensure the legal system treats everyone fairly.
